I'm Grady Garrison, a Real Estate Broker and REALTOR® with Engel & Völkers in Bend, Oregon. My approach to real estate is relationship-first, built on years as a local business owner and a career spent solving problems and earning people's trust.

My path to real estate wasn't traditional. I spent 14 years as a Harley-Davidson technician before becoming a small-business owner in Bend, growing that business to multiple locations and earning Best of Bend recognition every year since opening. Those experiences taught me the value of hard work, attention to detail, clear communication, and doing what you say you'll do.

I bring those same principles to real estate. Buying or selling a home is about more than a transaction; it's about people, priorities, families, and the places we call home. Whether you're buying your first home, selling, relocating to Central Oregon, or investing, my goal is simple: provide honest guidance, communicate clearly, and be someone you can trust throughout the process.

Central Oregon is home. My wife, Kelsey, and I are raising our daughter here in Bend, and we're grateful to be part of this community. Outside of work, I'm a husband and dad first, and I enjoy golfing, the outdoors, and time with family and friends. My faith also plays an important role in how I live and work.
